The Safetybox® flammables line offers certified solutions for your storage needs of liquid and solid flammables. Available from 15L to 160L.
- Certified in compliance with standards EN14470-1, EN 16121, EN16122, and have fire resistance class Type 90 and Type 30
- Two certified valves ensuring air recirculation equal to at least 10 times the volumetric capacity of the cabinet an hour,
- Option for activated charcoal filter, useful for filtering the harmful vapours emitted by flammable substances, in order to safeguard the health of laboratory operators.
- Safety devices that will be automatically trigger in the event of a fire to isolate the flammable substances
- Automatic door closing system will activate at a room temperature of 50°C and the safety valves will close at 70 ± 10°C
- Equipped with tray-shaped shelves and bottom basin, for the collection of any spills.
The fireproof insulation is made of completely ecological material with high fire resistance.
Safetybox® models for high flammables are equipped with a palletised base (with base cover included), to simplify logistics and placement.

The Safetybox® chemicals, acids and bases line offers certified cabinets for the storage of chemical products, acids and bases. Available in 15L to 160L sizes and are lockable.
- No specific regulation governing the storage of these products so Labor Security Systems collaborated with the TUV SUD body to create a reference standard
- The reference standards are EN61010-1, EN16121, EN16122 and PPP 52125A and to obtain the certification, the Safetybox® cabinets for chemicals, acids and bases must be equipped with an aspirator (IMQ IPX4) and an activated charcoal filter
- Safetybox® models AB 1100, AB 600, AB 1200/50 and AB 900/50 have separate compartments, one for the storage of acids (with acid-proof painted steel shelves), and one for bases (with stainless steel shelves)
- Made from acid-proof materials, have a monolithic external structure and inside are equipped with shelves and bottom basin to collect spills
- Doors open up to 180° in order to easily remove the tray-shaped shelves.
- Hinges are concealed and resistant to corrosive products
- Equipped with a palletised base to simplify logistics and placement
- AA 120 model is equipped with the E-Flow® system: a device which, by adjusting the aspiration, safeguards the operator and protects the environment.
- Activated charcoal filters with special charcoal are also available, suitable for filtering specific substances

The Kemfire® line offers certified solutions for the storage of chemicals, acids and bases, and flammable products in separate compartments. Available in a variety of sizes.
- Composed of two different cabinets, both with monolithic structure, one for chemicals, acids and bases and one for flammable substances
- Assembled together to allow the separate storage of substances that cannot be stored together, even in workshops where space is limited
- Certified and have the technical specifications and safety devices of the Safetybox® for chemicals and Safetybox® for flammables lines
- Different capacities and sizes available with hinged doors or drawers to meet all storage needs
- Models available with the option of separate storage for acids and bases
- Tray-shaped shelves and bottom basin for the collection of any spills
- In most Kemfire® models the chemical products compartment is fitted with a motor to ensure the extraction of toxic vapours
- Kemfire® 600A and Kemfire® 1100A models are also equipped with an activated charcoal filter
- Compartment for the storage of flammable substances is certified with Type 90-90 minutes fire resistance class, and complies with EN standard 14470-1
- Valves will close automatically in order to block air recirculation in the event of a fire
- The Kemfire® compartment for flammables can be equipped with a motor and activated charcoal filter
