As a growing scientific consultancy and laboratory supplies company, focused on innovative sustainability solutions, we are excited to welcome a new Sustainability Consultant to our team — someone who brings fresh energy, a strong interest in the environment, and a scientific mindset.

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Are passionate about sustainability and environmental issues.
• Have a scientific background (degree or equivalent knowledge in any scientific discipline).
• Are a clear and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys learning and problem-solving.
• Thrive in collaborative environments and are keen to work with clients across a range of sectors.
• Are eager to grow your expertise in sustainability, even if you don’t have direct experience yet.
• Can analyse carbon data and present results to collaborators and clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the development and delivery of sustainability strategies and reports for clients.
• Conducting data analysis on environmental impacts and solutions.
• Assisting in workshops, stakeholder engagement, and internal knowledge-building projects.
• Working closely with our team to help companies transition toward more sustainable practices.
• Marketing the latest in sustainable laboratory products and services to a variety of client types.
• The role will involve travel but in an attempt to minimise our carbon footprint Teams/Zoom calls are encouraged
• MOST IMPORTANTLY – having fun and building relationships with likeminded colleagues and clients.

• A scientific or technical background (any discipline).
• Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach – we value mindset over a polished CV.
